The Care Quality Commission (CQC) are England’s independent regulator of health and social care. They register, monitor, inspect and rate services to check whether they meet the fundamental quality and safety standards. They publish inspection reports and take enforcement action when services fail to comply with the regulations.
We certainly do! We have a range of remote or onsite options to either comprehensively audit your service against all five key questions or target our inspection against the areas/key questions you are concerned about.
Following our mock inspection we provide you with a detailed report of our findings, including potential breaches, improvement recommendations and areas of outstanding practice.
